GB&W partner Scott H. Carr has been awarded the Sigma Phi Epsilon Distinguished Alumnus Award for his contributions to the education of young leaders, both locally and nationwide. Scott has been a volunteer at the UCSB chapter for more than 25 years, where he has guided and mentored campus leaders, and has instilled in them the desire to give back to the community. He has also participated in national events on behalf of Sigma Phi Epsilon for over two decades.

Impact to Change

Much of our firm's work involves taking on large corporations, insurance companies and government agencies. By and large, these entities oppose change and will expend seemingly unlimited resources to preserve the status quo. At GB&W, we relish taking on this level of opposition.
